  26. Why do you want to do this?  Unless I build every single possibility,
  27. some user is going to run across some case where the pk file doesn't
  28. exist.  I don't want him to come to me everytime he needs a new pk
  29. file.

  31. If diskspace is the problem, just remove those pk files (which are
  32. usually placed in some temp directory) once in a while.

  37. would build many of the common sizes.  Sorry, I don't remember the
